Sfax integrates with a number of Microsoft Office applications, along with Adobe and EHR. Any software that supports printing will support direct Sfax faxing without having to visit the web-based interface.

Sfax offer four different modes of plans and packages. Monthly plans are designed for teams and individuals, whilst Annual plans cater for the more demanding clients like large companies. The Sfax ‘Your Plan’ package allows users who need more than 2500 pages per month to receive a bespoke plan with flexible payment options. The Freedom Plan is a cost-effective low-density plan which comes with a dedicated toll-free number and great prices for additional credits and upgrades. Regular plans start from 100 pages per month and rise to 2500 per month.
Monthly plans range from the Solo package which costs $9 per month and affords users 100 pages, to the Pro package which weighs in at $159 per month for 2500 pages. Annual plans begin at $7.50 per month for 100 pages and rise to $125 per month for 2500 pages. All plans come with an overage cost of 10¢ per additional page. A free plan is available for 14 days.

Sfax is available in a number of formats, all of which are incredibly accessible. Available through web browsers, in PC or Max applications or as an API platform; Sfax is certainly one of the most diverse products around. All interfaces are incredibly intuitive, modeled after email clients with top level tabbed navigation and simplistic Microsoft Office-esque operation. SecureCare are currently working on apps for the iPhone, iPad and Android which will make them one of the only online fax providers to offer such a service.
