VOIP.com's hosted PBX and VOIP calling services are available through a number of plans and prices. All plans are charged on a monthly basis and additional features are available at additional charges.

For SIP Trunking:

Small / Medium Sized Business Trunk: 5 ports per trunk at $55 / month Enterprise trunk: 20 ports per trunk at $200 / month

Call Center / Large Enterprise Trunk: unlimited ports per trunk at $400 / month plus a revenue commit per month.

There is also a range of residential plans that they recommend for small businesses that do not require features such as auto-attendant. These range in price from $12.50 / month to $19.95 / month and vary in contract length.

Customer Support / Ease of Setup:

Voip.com offers a 30-day satisfaction or money back guarantee. There is an informative blog and there are various forums available for those who want to expand their knowledge and enhance their experience using the products. Chat and phone support are available 8:00am - 4:00pm (EST) Monday through Friday. The same service is available 9:00am - 1:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Phone support will direct you to an agent with specialist knowledge to solve your problem, whereas chat support will take you to a more general solutions agent.
