ViaTalk is easy to set up and navigate through your options. There are detailed instructions including illustrations on the site about setting up all aspects of the service. They claim the entire set up time should only take you a few minutes.

Your support options include a searchable knowledgebase and a section of popular FAQs, including troubleshooting questions. You can also contact advisers and representatives via email, phone or the live chat service, though it may take a while to get a response on the phone, despite the 24/7 availability advertised.

The money back guarantee and cancellation policy operates within a 14 day period (as opposed to the more generous and more common 30 day policy). There is also a cancellation fee of $49.95. A disconnection fee applies per line after the first 14 days and there are no refunds on the set up / activation fee.

Bottom Line:

ViaTalk offers good quality service in terms of features, which is a great choice for those who enjoy the experience and ability of having different aspects to use for specific elements of communication. However customer service needs improvement and would benefit from a revamp. An unlimited world plan would also open up ViaTalk to larger businesses, however if you’re a smaller, locally based business then the prices are extremely competitive and this might be ideal for you.
